  • JAIA representatives give a presentation at the international symposium held in Canada.

  • Self-regulatory standards for maintaining indoor air quality established.
  • Adhesives names as 10th on the list of products which cause accidents from inhalation in the home.
  • Use of asbestos in adhesives banned.
  • 2nd ARAC held in China.
2004
  • Self-regulatory targets for controlling emissions of VOCs (volatile organic compounds) established.
