Promoting standardization
We are involved in standardization activities such as the drafting of JIS standards for adhesives. We also promote JAI (Japan Adhesives Industry) standards and use of the JAI mark.
Improvement of technologies
We provide information regarding developments in adhesives technology, and we support research into adhesive production methods and the implementation of the results of such research.
Environmental safety measures
We investigate and promote a variety of countermeasures to address safety and health issues and environmental problems which relate to the adhesives industry.
Public relations and education
Our public relations activities include the establishment of an Adhesive Technology School and an Introduction to Adhesives educational courses to provide education for people in the adhesives industry. We also distribute public relations pamphlets at various times.
